Access, Data and Regional Rules

We built kkbb for supported Bangladesh regions where local law permits online gaming. This page explains how access works, what we store when you deposit via bKash or Nagad, and who to contact if you need account changes or data removal.

How to Reach Legal and Compliance

If you need to request your data export, ask for account closure, or check whether your region is eligible, use these channels. Response times vary by request type—data exports usually take three business days; eligibility questions are answered the same day during support hours.

Compliance Email Send data requests, account-closure instructions, or region-eligibility questions to our compliance inbox. Include your registered mobile number so we can verify ownership before releasing any account information or making changes.
Live Chat Legal Queue Open the chat widget and select the legal-query option. The support agent will forward your question to the compliance team if it requires a formal answer beyond general access guidance.
Account Settings Page Log in, tap your profile icon, then Legal & Privacy. From there you can download a copy of your transaction history and see which data fields we hold. Full account deletion still requires an email request for final verification.
DATA HANDLING

What We Store and Why

Every deposit from bKash, Nagad or Rocket generates a transaction record we keep for audit and dispute resolution. We also log your device type and IP address each time you log in, which helps us block duplicate accounts and detect stolen credentials. Here's the detail on each category and how you control it.

Payment Records

We store sender number, amount, timestamp and our internal transaction ID for every mobile-wallet deposit. These records sit in our payment database for three years to satisfy our own audit policies. You can request deletion after account closure.

Login and Device Logs

Each session logs your IP, browser fingerprint and device model. We use this to spot duplicate registrations and to lock your account if login attempts come from unusual locations.

Cookie Use

One cookie holds your session token so you stay logged in when you switch between slots and live tables. A second cookie remembers your last game category so the lobby opens there next time.

Data Export and Deletion

Request a JSON export of your transaction history, login log and profile fields by emailing compliance with your registered mobile number.

Common Legal and Policy Questions

Whether you can register depends on your local law and your own legal interpretation. We do not provide legal advice. Bangladesh does not currently license online casinos, so you accept responsibility for checking your position before signing up.

We will email you thirty days before blocking access. You can withdraw your balance and request data export during that window. After closure, transaction records remain in our archive for audit purposes but your login is disabled.

We do not sell or share your payment data with marketing firms. Transaction records may be disclosed to our payment processor for reconciliation or to a legal authority if we receive a lawful data request with proper documentation.

Email compliance from your registered mobile number and ask for permanent deletion. We return any remaining balance to your last deposit method, then remove your profile and mark transaction records as archived. The process takes three business days.

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and a preference cookie to remember your last lobby tab. Both are required for the platform to work. Deleting cookies logs you out, but you can log back in anytime.

We ask for honest region disclosure at registration. Using a VPN to bypass regional blocks violates our terms and can result in account suspension and balance forfeiture if we detect it during a withdrawal verification check.
